I take an organic, holistic approach to dealing with being adopted. Each person holds the key to unlock and find answers within themselves. Her approach is insightful and intuitive. Whatever stage you are at, from finding out or just unpacking thoughts and feelings that surround being adopted. We work together at your pace and unpack whatever comes up for you.

I offer a wealth of resources, to help you on your journey.

I specialize in providing personalized support to adoptees on their journey of self-discovery. Through my extensive knowledge and gathered resources in this field, I offer tailored organic solutions to navigate and personalize this process for each individual. Many adoptees struggle with connecting, building relationships, allowing people in, and uncovering their true selves. I understand their challenges and aim to provide comfort and guidance through various modalities.

My approach encompasses a range of tools and techniques:

With a support coach, you can find the right pace to explore different modems that will suit your own style.

Podcasts, books, support groups, talk therapy, music, and yoga are all used to connect you with your place of calm and find your way back to connection with the self.

By collaboratively exploring these avenues, we can identify what resonates most with you and supports your unique needs. I have a wealth of connections with leaders in the field and a comprehensive toolkit to draw from in our journey together.

I have my own personal experience with childhood trauma from being adopted in the 70s under the closed adoption act. Along with being a teenage mother this journey has given me pathways to discovering, helping and lighting the path to find healing from adoption discovery.

Coming out of the FOG - Fear - Obligation - Grief

The impacts of adoption are, at best, unknown and, at worst, denied. But thanks to new understanding around childhood trauma and neuroscience, what many of us have experienced is now being acknowledged, understood and validated.
